Finished with sliced apples simmered in brandy

Veal Marsala

Sauteed Veal scallopini finished with fresh mushrooms simmered in marsala water

Shrimp Pasta

Sauteed shrimp tossed in a basil cream sauce with cheese tortellini, diced tomatoes and scallions

Mahi Mahi

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi finished with freswh sauteed spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese
